Refund Policy

Effective Date: May 21, 2025

At EMVEE by Marcella Valdes, we are committed to delivering exceptional aesthetic and wellness care. Due to the customized nature of our treatments, we maintain the following refund and cancellation policies to ensure fairness and efficiency for all clients.

1. All Sales Are Final

Once a treatment or service has been rendered, no refunds will be issued under any circumstance. This applies to all services including, but not limited to:

  • Botox and Dysport

  • Dermal fillers

  • PRFM, microneedling, and skin rejuvenation

  • Morpheus8

  • IV therapy and wellness treatments

  • Weight loss injections and peptides

2. Deposits

A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your appointment. This deposit will be applied toward your treatment on the day of service.

If you reschedule with at least 24 hours' notice, your deposit may be transferred to a future appointment. Deposits are forfeited for late cancellations or no-shows.

3. Prepaid Packages & Series

Prepaid services (e.g., packages of IVs, Morpheus8, or microneedling sessions):

  • Are non-refundable and non-transferable

  • Must be used within 12 months of purchase

  • Cannot be exchanged for credit or other treatments

Unused sessions will not be refunded but may be banked for future use (within the valid time frame).

4. Retail Products

Retail skincare products may be eligible for exchange or store credit within 7 days of purchase if:

  • The product is unopened, unused, and in original packaging

  • You provide proof of purchase
    We do not offer refunds on opened or used products.

5. Treatment Results Disclaimer

Individual results vary. Aesthetic and wellness services are subjective and results depend on several factors including anatomy, lifestyle, and adherence to post-care instructions. Refunds will not be issued for dissatisfaction with results.We encourage open communication and offer follow-ups as needed.

6. Medical Exemptions

In rare cases of a documented medical contraindication discovered prior to treatment, prepaid services may be eligible for partial credit or substitution with written documentation from a licensed physician. EMVEE by Marcella Valdes reserves the right to make this determination.
