Terms & Conditions

Welcome to EMVEE by Marcella Valdes, a boutique medspa located in Coral Gables, Florida. By booking an appointment, purchasing a service, or using our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Medical Disclaimer

All services offered at EMVEE by Marcella Valdes are elective and non-emergency in nature. They are intended for aesthetic enhancement and wellness purposes only. Results vary by individual and are not guaranteed. No treatment is a substitute for medical care by a licensed physician. All patients are required to complete a consultation and consent forms prior to treatment.

2. Appointments & Scheduling

  • Appointments are required for all services.

  • New patients must arrive 10-15 minutes early to complete intake paperwork.

  • If you are more than 15 minutes late, we reserve the right to reschedule your appointment and a fee may apply.

  • EMVEE by Marcella Valdes reserves the right to refuse service at our discretion.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • We require 24 hours' notice for all cancellations or rescheduling.

  • No-shows or late cancellations may result in a $75 fee or forfeiture of booking deposit.

  • Repeated no-shows may result in denial of future booking privileges.

4. Deposits & Payments

  • A deposit may be required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.

  • Deposits are applied toward your service total unless you cancel outside our policy terms.

  • We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other approved payment methods.

  • All sales are final. No refunds will be issued once treatment has been rendered.

5. Pricing & Services

  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

  • Promotions and discounts cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.

  • All services and packages must be used within 12 months of purchase unless otherwise specified.

6. Eligibility for Treatment

  • You must be at least 18 years old for injectable treatments.

  • Patients must disclose all medical conditions, allergies, and medications prior to treatment.

  • EMVEE by Marcella Valdes reserves the right to decline treatment based on medical contraindications or safety concerns.

7. Photo & Video Consent

  • With your consent, before-and-after photos may be taken for clinical and/or marketing purposes.

  • You may opt out of any photo usage by notifying us in writing prior to treatment.

8. Privacy Policy

We are committed to protecting your personal health information in compliance with HIPAA. Please review our full Privacy Policy for more information on how your data is used and stored.

9. Website Use

  • Website content is for informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice.

  • Unauthorized use or reproduction of content, images, or branding is prohibited.

  • By using our website, you agree not to misuse, alter, or tamper with any content or features.​

 

11. Mobile Terms of Service​

  • Messages related to your account, orders, services, appointment reminders, marketing and promotional messages may be received. Frequency may vary.

  • You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting “STOP.” After you send “STOP,” we will confirm your unsubscribe via SMS. After this, you will no longer receive messages from us. If you would like to opt back in, you may sign up again as you did previously.

  • If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, reply with the keyword “HELP” for assistance, or contact us directly at info@emveemedspa.com.

  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

  • Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and from you to us. Message frequency may vary. For questions about your text or data plan, please contact your wireless provider.

  • If you have questions regarding privacy, please review our Privacy Policy here.

  • We reserve the right to change or terminate our messaging program at any time. We also reserve the right to update these Messaging Terms at any time. Such changes will be effective immediately upon posting. If you do not agree to a change to these Messaging Terms, you should cancel your enrolment with our messaging program. Your continued enrollment following such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.
