Both memberships require a 12-month commitment. Canceling before that term is complete carries a one-time cancellation fee equal to one month's payment, and any remaining treatment credit is forfeited.

If a promotion and a membership benefit both apply, we'll apply whichever gives you the lower price. Combining a promotion with membership pricing on top of that is at EMVEE's discretion and isn't guaranteed for every offer. Membership benefits have no cash value, and all treatments are subject to clinical eligibility and EMVEE's policies.
